G’day Etterati, I hope your weekend is cosy and you have recovered from the absolute devastation that was the World Cup match between Morocco and France (subjectively speaking). A news story of the week that I am choosing to forget. 

The news cycle this week has been dominated by the World Cup, yes, but also the Antisemitism Royal Commission, the Telstra outage and the ensuing outrage, and the US’ renewed attacks on Iran. I could go on a whole spiel about the headlines surrounding the latter but it would feel like groundhog day. 

Anywho, between those massive stories other important ones have fallen through the cracks. Below you will find the stories that you might have missed this week.
