Live tour: It's a wrap!

Sold out shows, meeting the Etterati in the wild and our new tees.

Hello SOLD OUT Melbourne!!!
Here we are in a sold out room in the nation's capital.

We did it! We survived a back-to-back four-day live tour in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra. Thank you to the thousands of Etterati members who showed up!

Our Melbourne and Canberra shows sold out, there were only 24 tickets left in Brisbane and Sydney was a massive room and an absolute blast. As one Etterati member told us: a packed Brisbane show on a school night is pretty much the equivalent of selling out. We'll take it!

A packed City Recital Hall in Sydney

One punter called the show ...

"Inspirational, sensational and just all-round amazing. I shed tears, I laughed, it was just absolutely fantastic."

As you can imagine, it was a packed four days - packed with love, joy, rage, old friends and new! And speaking of new friends — WELCOME to our new subscribers and thank you for making our work possible into 2026. We know you too see beauty in the world, despite the horrors.

We loved the meet and greets after the show. Nothing beats looking out and seeing who turns up. Our Etterati came in all forms: mum and daughter duos, plenty of blokes, people across generations and cultures. A room that actually looked like the country.

For those of you who don't live on the east coast and are stewing in FOMO as you read this, don't worry: we'll see you at the next one when we head west and south (presumptuous, yes, but we like to be optimistic around here).

Gabbi Bolt and Anissa Nandaula killin' it in Melbourne and Brisbane.

To give you a little recap, there were performances from hilarious and talented guests such musical comedian Gabbi Bolt, comedians Anisa Nandaula and Tom Ballard plus rapper L-Fresh The Lion.

Chatting to the very unfunny Nazeem Hussain

There are were also chats with the delightful Nazeem Hussain, the courageous Claudia Karvan, the insightful Myf Warhurst and the bold Senator Fatima Payman. Our special correspondette Mark Humphries made a special appearance at each show.

Ette Media's Special Correspondette, Mark Humphries.

There was also very strong talent in the audience — the woman who won our gameshow in Melbourne actually stole the show! Soaliha Iqbal (our social media editor who you may have been accosted by if you were in the Melbourne audience) asked our gameshow winner if she does standup comedy and nope, she doesn't, she's just effortlessly funny.

Another review from a Sydney punter ...

"That show was incredible. I thought it was inspiring, uplifting and so needed. I feel so full of joy and just being in community was really great tonight".
Tears were shed.

We also launched two new t-shirts - a black Etterati members only and a white It's a No From Me tee.
